THE CIRCULAIR ECONOMY
Stratus Climate Screens is focused on reducing residual materials. There are different strategies taken to re-use or minimise this waste. Collaborating with technical centers like rubbish dumps to improve the collection of recycled plastics. But also integrating and using subsidiaries as recycling plants. Plastic is a permanent material. It forms part of what is referred to as a ‘circular economy’ – where materials can be infinitely recycled in a closed loop without any loss of quality.

SAVING MORE MONEY
At Stratus Climate Screens we strive to manufacture our products as light as possible, to reduce relative shipping weight, lowering the amount of fossil fuel consumed per shipment—and, ultimately, the amount of transport-related carbon dioxide emissions.
We work with our customers to achieve the lowest use of resources for each material consistent with the security and transport requirement of the required products. Stratus Climate Screens try to optimize the infrastructure to continually lower the gauge of our raw materials. Our goal is to create the lightest, most energy-efficient climate screens possible while maintaining all functional and safety requirements. We're committed to a cradle-to-cradle philosophy that requires us to reduce, reuse, recycle and recover our materials.
